Why have you launched a new online access?
We listen to and value the feedback we receive from you, our valued clients, and to make it easier for you to achieve your financial goals, we have created a personalized, modern, and user-friendly way for you to access your investment accounts.
What do I need to do to gain new online access?
In keeping with industry best practices, and to help safeguard your identity, a unique email address (i.e., an email address not shared with anyone else in our system) needs to be available and recognized in our system. Your unique email will serve as your ‘username,’ therefore it’s important that it is yours alone. If you have not provided us with a current and unique email address, please contact us at 1.800.263.9541. Please note: for security purposes, updates/changes to client contact information must be validated by phone.
I’ve received an email inviting me to register for online access. What’s next?
Initiate the registration process by clicking on the ‘Get started and register now’ button in your email. Then, you will receive another email within 30 minutes containing a time-sensitive link to complete your registration, which includes changing your password and accepting the Terms and Conditions for use. Keep an eye on your inbox (including your spam/junk folders). Please note: your time-sensitive link will expire within 24 hours.
