Changes to your messaging service.
On May 5, 2018, the messaging service available within the client portal will be discontinued in an effort to provide you with more efficient account service.
Given the messaging service’s limited use and to ensure a more streamlined and faster process in responding to your account inquiries, all inquiries about your account should be made through our Contact Centre at 1.800.263.9541 so that they may attend to it in a timely manner. We are available from 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. You may also contact your Financial Advisor.
