Important: potential Canada Post service disruption
Canada Post is facing another potential strike
As you may recall, about 55,000 Canada Post workers represented by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) went on strike last November. The strike ended when the Canada Industrial Relations Board ordered the two sides back to work.
Now, without a new agreement, a labour disruption could resume as early as May 22, 2025. If this happens, and depending on the length of the service disruption, it may impact the timely delivery of paper documents (i.e. trade confirmations, statements, tax documents, etc.).
