Funds transferred from one account held with Educators into the TFSA will not be included when calculating the Eligible Contribution. Funds transferred to Educators from other Financial Institutions will be included as an Eligible Contribution.
The prize will be deposited into the winner’s TFSA to increase their returns. If the winner does not have available contribution room in their TFSA, the prize will be paid in cash.
In the event an eligible entrant who entered the Contest under the “No purchase necessary method of entry” outlined in section 2 is declared a winner, the prize will be $500 deposited into their TFSA. If the winner does not have a TFSA, they will be awarded $500 in cash.
The winner shall be solely responsible for paying any taxes that may be incurred by the prize, thereby fully exonerating the Sponsor and its agents.
