Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically savvy Junior CRM Business Analyst (Junior CRM BA) to join our team! As a Junior CRM BA at Educators Financial Group, you will primarily support the Sr. CRM Business Analyst with the delivery of CRM initiatives, as well as assist with reporting/data analytics and provide support to client experience nurture programs. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting day-to-day CRM system/administration and assists with the development/implementation of CRM activities: managing tickets, troubleshooting bugs, QA testing, change requests, gathering requirements, process documentation, reports/dashboards etc.
  • Monitoring CRM processes/integrations and reports on issues and supports the resolution.
  • Developing user training materials (e.g., manuals, videos) and maintains the internal CRM Training Library
  • Supports user engagement/adoption of CRM technology
  • Assists in analytics with need-based support on reports data extraction, compiling and manipulation
  • Provides supports on client experience nurture programs that leverage CRM

Qualifications

  • 1-year relevant experience
  • Post-secondary education with a degree in Computer Science OR equivalent experience
  • Technical experience & knowledge with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology, principles, and strategies (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) with experience working with Pivot Tables
  • Excellent time/project management skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities required
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively and comfortable with working autonomously
  • Ability to effectively communicate with managers to provide regular project progress updates (e.g., weekly status reports, ‘stand-ups’)
  • Knowledge/experience with Power BI and/or Tableau an asset
